Yup, one of the bits of trivia about Geena Davis that I have in memory was that she had (almost?) qualified for the US Archery team.

Hmm...I'm going to give it to you just for that effort, Matt. Stupid me for not looking first.
The answer I had in mind was that they were pre-release names for versions of Windows. Chicago was released as Windows 95, Cairo as Windows NT 4.0 and Nashville was meant to be the next generation after Windows 95, though I think it ended up being just Internet Explorer 4.0. (I realize that might sound overly obscure, but the names were in wide use in the techie field.)
