I wasn't sure what to write there but decided that since his powers most likely all came from the gem, the answer was no, he didn't have any inherent superpowers himself. Over to you, Future. Of course Evisceratronic would have been the obvious answer. I did like the follow up on that otherwise 'random, poor Sci Cop' from early in the reboot. I also liked his equally quick dismissal as a super villain. Thinking of a Legion character!
