Well with Julie Newmar & Jack Palance, I would say all have been villians in Batman. But I don't think Jerry Orbach would work.

That's it! I once counted and realized that Gim was the most-killed Legionairre, though this was also by memory. I was counting the various alternate realities of LSH #300, where I *think* he was killed by Computo/Polar Boy, the Dark Man, and Mordru.
