No, and I will say that it's related specifically to Saturn's rings, not just the word rings. I wasn't being deliberately ambiguous there.
However I did ambiguously say "Saturn Girl's homeworld", though at this point I don't think that's much of a hint, so I'll come right out and say this was before they "clarified" that Saturn Girl and her people are on Titan, not Saturn itself.
What was said to be unlucky was a phenomenon that was depicted in the art as being seen while standing on Saturn.

Very close. Has nothing to do with the number, but it is about rings and moons appearing at the same time.

That's pretty much it EDE, except they actually pictured several alternating moons and rings.

Probably not possible, or at least extremely unlikely. But probably no less likely than living on Saturn and walking outside in casual wear to look up.
