I'm trying to remember when he was a member. I guess when they deputized all the Wanderers during the Dominator fight, or when he went to Winath with the group in the Threeboot?

The character has never been a Legionnaire, nor a villain. He did appear postboot, and he can't fly unaided.

Is this character older than the average age of most of the Legionnaires (i.e. older than whatever the age of the founders/first dozen or so members is)?
