Echo was a treacherous badguy, wasn't he?
Do I have the clues confused?

PS looking back, I took the expelled part to cover all of the badguys who've joined.

Echo was first introduced as a member of the LSV in the Adult Legion stories.

He was revealed as having been a member of the Legion during the 5YG in the Legion Sourcebook as well as in flashback during the 5YL series.

I think he's since been used as a member of the LSV again in the retroboot.

yeah, I overlooked Echo, too. But between Echo's alt-timeline versions, and the reformed Spider Girl/Wave, not all baddies were infiltrators to be expelled.
