Actually I went to West Palm Beach with a connecting flight in Washington DC. Years ago I went to London, England and years before that my brother lived in England (and I assume had been to London once or twice)
But he wasn't in any of those three places this time.

I have travelled with all of the following airlines with the exception of one. Which one have I never "flown" with?
A) Qantas B) British Airways C) Singapore Airlines D) Japan Airlines E) United F) Air France

Was on a Qantas jet years ago, and I don't like United's legroom which seems teeny. No to both the above answers. Guess again!

Went to Tokyo with Japan Airlines, and to Paris with Air France. Both have really bad food. Surprisingly, I've never flown on British Airways so it's on to you Lance!
