Sorry, no. However, Monroe, the last of the powdered wig set, is the only American to have a foreign capital named after him (Monrovia, Liberia).
I am descended from an American President. Which one?
1. George Washington 2. John Adams 3. Thomas Jefferson 8. Zachary Taylor 9. Millard Fillmore 11. Abraham Licoln 12. James G Blaine 13. William McKinley 14. Theodore Roosevelt 16. Woodrow Wilson 17. Herbert Hoover 18. Oprah Winfrey

William McKinley is one of the most under-rated President, but not so much my forefather. Thomas Woodrow Wilson prefered to be called "Woodrow" instead of "Tom". Go figure. I don't claim him, either. No, and no.

Millard Fillmore was President when my own California became a state, so I have a weird fondness for him. That's all I know about him, except that I am no scion of his.
Novelty, you already know I love burning calories by vacuuming, and wear "Hoover Flags" (empty pockets pull out), but he ain't it.

Getting down to the final few.
My Guess: 8. Zachary Taylor

My nickname as a child was "Moose", & Teddy R. ran on the Moose (Progressive) Party ticket in 1912. He was "strong as a Bull-Moose", but not me granddaddy.
