Hint: Of the three major incarnations of this character, each is from a different time period!

Hint #2: While this character has never been a Legionnaire, his name is synonymous with that of a Legionnaire!

It is not Mxy (who first appeared well before 1970), and he did not first appear in a Legion book.

Though his first appearance was written by a Legion writer and drawn by a major Legion artist.

And it's not him.
