Thor! I just reread the Walt Simonsin issues over the summer. I think I'm right (but actually not 100% sure).

Cobalt has it (if we forgive his typo of "Simonson" ). From Thor #379, just after "Fin Fang Foom" reveals himself as Jörmungand, Thor reveals himself. The relevant bit of his speech is:
