She was not a villain. Is female Was not a LSH member or a member of a non-Legion super-team Is not a villain Does not have blonde hair Did not appear prior to 1989 Could, appearance-wise, pass for a normal 21st century human if she wore relevant clothing. Something I should probably point out - I was fairly precise with my answers above.
