Man, Hoover was a decent guy from what I've heard. He took over on my favorite run of Starman, the one with Will Peyton. *I know, it's much cooler to like Robinsons' run more. I do like it, but Will was a character that I thought had staying power. he was outside the normal superhero haunts, he told his family his ID (well, sister anyway from what I remember),and was the type of guy you might hang with and get a beer and watch a game with.
