The Chili Con Queso is good so long as you're careful not to disturb the last quarter inch at the bottom of the dish.

Also, if it's after 5 PM, don't order any "extra blue corn chips." It's code for... well, let's just say that you don't want to start something you can't finish. (I sure found that out the hard way...)
