Last night was the first night at the new health gym. It ws eh. I was low on my physical testings because of a) crushed leg when I was twenty, b) bursitis in my shoulder from about ten years ago, and c) bad elbow from throwing a wooden deck out the way back when I was with Palm Harbor Homes.
Turns out the consulting trainer I had the session with was a high school classmate. Nice guy. But it was depressing to know that my physical scores were lower than they should be because of all these old injuries. They were still good, but were like a C when they could have been B+'s.
Worst thing was the oxygen. Aint figured out how they compute that but it was two points lower than what it should be for my age. Guess thats from the cigars. Still, all in all for all my old injuries, I wasn't doing too bad.
Did have to laugh at the puffed up poppinjay cop from our local speedtrap town. His trolling for chicks didn't work so well when all that was in there were little old grannies doing phys rehad.
