I've been enjoying all the wonderful pics of Comic-Con, and I have to say... Cramey, I had no idea how closely your outside parallels the beautiful spirit we have all gotten to know over the years.

I must confess that whenever I think of Nancy, I imagine her curled up in a chair, soaking up the sunlight coming through the window and sipping a huge mug of freshly brewed coffee

Agreed. She's a lovely person, inside and out.

BTW, I had lunch yesterday at the San Diego airport at Cramer's Deli. I had to do it!

She was a peach in SD. A quiet lady, I was expecting the rabid poster from Cramer's Cafe. I was impressed with her restraint as the rest of us made fools of ourselves.

And then the pizza party... She had some great one liners, and it was a trip seeing her wild side peek out. This cat knew when you let out her claws.

I dreamed about Nancy last night. She was sitting with a colleague of mine, who is also a wise, thoughtful, silver-haired lady. It was very pleasant, really.

Thanks to Nancy, I got one of my favorite Legion issues ever -- the one whose cover features an Adam Hughes Supergirl sitting on an asteroid!
