I get mine buzzed with a number 2 all over. When it grows out some. I put some gel in it for a light spike. I usually get it buzzed every 2-3 months.

Also, getting back on target to actual LMBers, I love my new haircut (which is really my old one. It's just that I didn't get around to having it cut for such a long time). It's pretty much the best thing to come out of the last couple of months out there on the physical plane.

Nah. Even after having about two or three inches lopped off, it's still a bit past my shoulders. But it's all adorably fluffy now with the split ends removed. Oh, and I have bangs again. I sometimes feel like I should try out a goatee. Never done it before. I bet it would cut down on shaving time in the morning (or is that a myth since it would still take time to groom it and keep it looking clean?)
All I know is I have to shave everyday. If I skip even one day I end up looking like Grizzy Adams the following morning.

You actually do not save a huge amount of time as you still have to shave the sides and generally keep it tidy.
It is possible to spend an inordinate amount of time just levelling and trimming the mustache alone.
Additionally if you grow it long enough to plait then you actually have to get up earlier than normal to get it done in time.
