Cobie's Sperm Count I'm not sure about but now you can judge for yourself using this quick and handy protocol.
Protocol for counting Cobie's sperm count:
1. Mix 25mL of physiological saline buffer.
2. Taking the sample from which a count is to be made pipette 200 microlitres into a microcentrifuge tube. (This would be an important time to remember the lab safety lesson on not pipetting using oral suction.)
3. Perform a series of 10x serial dilutions using the physiological saline and microcentrifuge tubes using 50 ul of the original sample.
4. Pipette the proper dilution into your hemocytometer and place under an optical microscope at 500x to do a count.
5. Freeze any remaining samples for future use if so desired.

We just wonder how many questions you have tucked away. Is there a limit to your quest for knowledge? Can one man truly know everything?

You have to admire the Hell out of Lightning Lad's limitless knowledge.
