So it's the opposite of killing your parents and then feeling sorry for yourself because you're an orphan?

I'm a little unsure of whats going on here. Are we funding an orphanage with the loot brought back. Or are we filling the orphange with the kids and slaves the armies bring back after another succesfull campaign

The Triumvirate does NOT take slaves. We will only fight miscreants, and then only when necessary. (Loot, that's another story {rueful grin})
No, this orphanage is for those who are left without parents because they've been lost in the line of duty. Superheroing is a tough business, and more than a few make the ultimate sacrifice. Many of their children are themselves well-powered, and they need guidance, especially without their own loved ones to help them.

So it’s a academy then? But we are calling it an orphanage as a tax dodge right?

Yet another project funded by the Legion World armies and it's Triumvirate! Great job, EDE!
These children not only get a great place to live, but they get to read all these books about how great the Triumvirate is and how great the armies are, so that one day they can offer their armed service to the Triumvirate!
Tax dodge? Could anything as genuine and heart-warming as an Orphanage be considered as something like this? (How much are we dodging?).

I'm bringing in some of the other boys for the Orphanage. Although I was against it at first, I've decided to start training them with the use of a sword and spear, so that those who wish can one day join my armies and serve under the great Triumvir, Cobalt Kid.
Of course, this is only for the young men (and women) who would wish to have this honor.
