Do you dream about the Legion? I never did, that I recall, until I "moved into" Legion World. I think I was dreaming about M'onel as I woke up (only way I'll ever wake up with M'onel!) - the fact that the starfield on his was missing in the last issue was bugging me last night as I reread the story. The Legion must be occupying my mind over-much!
Edited twice! Can't get those italics working. All those little "I" lines - it looks like IIII'III/II to me!

I had a dream abouot Jor-el. The dream started with Jor-el explaining to his 10 year old son how because the Science Council would not allow production of big spaceship engines, he could only make this small one to save his baby son (Superman) but then added that the older boy would fit in too. The last bit added after realizing he was telling one son that the other one was the one to be saved.
Then the dream switched to Jor-el & Lara being superheroes on Krypton. Lara could become invisible. Lara was walking along when she is surrounded by three Kryptonian police officers. They don't like her because she is not from Krypton and because she is married to Jor-el. As they close in on her, the scene fades to black and the next scene shows Lara's beaten body in an alleyway.
Jor-el goes mad with grief and kills all the other superheroes on Krypton. You can see their withered husks (among which is the Whizzer and Jay Garrick) as the crime bosses of Krypton are lined up to swear their loyalty to Jor-el. At the head of the line is a brown haired man in a grey sweater. Jor-el says to him "Do you have something for me or do you just have some morality tale from your imaginary monster, Stanley." To which Stanley says "You work with what you've got."
At that point I woke up.

noscans_daily on LJ is having a superhero dream thread right now, too.
Anyway, like I told them, I can't recall having a single dream ever featuring a specific hero or even a specific comic book character in general.
Still, I bet I have had them, and just don't remember it.
"Unseemly" (Thank You, matlock) visions of certain people (real or otherwise) at that point just before falling asleep don't really count, probably. :/

I've had a couple LSH- or LW-related dreams; usually just one element in a larger sequence of events.
The earliest one I can recall was me and Dirk hanging out in a futuristic version of my hometown area. There was some sort of event coming up and we were both involved in the planning. I don't ecall any other LSH-related dreams, but I'm pretty sure there have been at least cameos/walk-on visits.
I think I've written about my Scott-and-Caroline dream before (long before I met them), where Scott had been hired to work as a structural engineer on the toll bridge in my hometown area.
Other LWers have tuned up in my dreams, esp those I've met several times. Always in terms of hanging out, sometimes in the context of plotting out/working on a project together. Abin, Quis, STU, Miner and Cramer all have popped up at one point or another. Probably others. Quis has also turned up at a large group gathering, just being one of the crowd.

I think I've had a Legion World dream, but with the LMB rather than the actual people behind them. I don't remember the details.

Too cool. One of the neatest dreams I've ever had involved Invisible Kid. I was in a lecture hall at school feeling very insecure about something, when I felt these strong arms wrap around and hug me from behind. I just went with it, enjoying the hug (immensely), and when I turned around to see who it was, it was Invisible Kid. He had a very kind but kind of sad expression and then he faded out.

I just had a dream where I was reading a comic ABOUT the Legion. I couldn't make out must of it, but one scene I remember had Duplicate Damsel and Shadow Lass tapped in the Phantom Zone.
