about Memphis connection...well, can't say that I can come close to it...but nah. I used to live in Lewisport, Kentucky (approx. 18 miles East of Owensboro) for four years...couldn't stand there because I was one-of-a-kind. So the closest thing about Memphis that I could say is that I used to travel through Tennessee at least 10 times...(visiting families in New Orleans and Miami, Dad liked to travel in car. and I liked that too...because of rest areas. ). Never been to Memphis...unfortunately.

I was reading in the Boston Herald this morning that the guy on that show, the "star" or whatever you wanna call him, was very upset when he first found out the real premise of the show. He was led the believe that it was just basically a gay version of the "Bachelor." It wasn't until the show had been filming for awhile that he found out that some of the guys were really straight, and just playing gay for the prize money. He said that he almost left the show after finding out, but decided at the last minute to keep going with it.
