As for the grey thing, I can say from personal experience that Just for Men is really great!

You look great in a beard Ex! I try to pull one off every now and then. Doesn't look anywhere near as good as yours does.
And a little grey in a beard makes one look distinguished and wise IMO. I think if I was ever on a ship and my captain looked like you, I'd know I was in safe hands.
