When I worked for a bank, a group of us took a customer service training. Part of the training had us role play a transaction which was videoed and played back for us. Everyone said "Oh I look horrible" when their video played. But I thought "They look just like themselves. And none of them look horrible". Then when mine played, I thought "I look horrible" But I was smart enough not to say so out loud.

Sure, Quis has to go and remind me that I'm starting training for a bank job next Monday. I'll undoubtedly have to do this same sort of role playing. I'm sure I'll be thinking of this thread.
You may be on to something there with those observations. HOWEVER, I still say the best pics I ever took were the ones that didn't look a thing like me.
