Then you you pay back the initial investors with money collected from subsequent investors, usually recruited by the initial investors. Once you have a set amount of money, you run away. As for new arrivals, I think Cobie is referring to the new Space Ranger. He is the only new arrival here on Legion World, although we have seen the return of the Riddler & the Red Bee. It looks like there will be some doings hee on Legion World.
