Something called the Chinook Winds (not to be confused with the casino by the same name ) blew into our area of the world last night. Within ten minutes, the evening temperatures shot from about 44 F to 54 F, which is where they still are, mostly.

ours are called the Santa Ana winds. (it was about 60 last week)
it will be 85 degrees fahrenheit tomorrow.
swimsuit time.
however at my mother's home where we celebrate christmas, the high on the 25th will be about 52 degrees F. cold.
