I wonder if they even get comics to these places.
You mean English-language comics? Even w/o a local CBS, there are ways. I used to be in one of those high school "writing clubs" where we got assigned pen pals. Mine was from Ethiopia, and she was a big American comics fan. Relatives used to bring her stuff from abroad when they could get it, so I boxed up a bunch of stuff that I'd already read a billion times and sent it to her. She was pretty pleased.

On a more random note:
Somebody next door is getting lucky, either live or on TV. I'm unsure which, but I've got the stereo turned up, because--- uh, otherwise TMI.
If I wasn't so damn tired out from my day, I'd probably be jealous.

When I review a comic I don't like, I sometimes feel I'm not getting across my negativity enough and can't help but come up with ridiculous ways to criticize it, such as my latest review of the recent Iron Man annual.

The Fibonacci sequence is a series of numbers that build off of each other by adding them together. Starting with 0 and 1, the sequence continues 1 (0+1),2 (1+1), 3 (2+1), 5 (3+2), 8, 13, 21, 44, 65, etc.
Fibonacci did not invent the sequence, but learned it from Arab scholars and introduced/popularized it in Europe.

Donald Duck's costumed hero alter ego, Paperinik, was created in Italy in the late 1960s by editor Elisa Penna, writer Guido Martina, and artist Giovan Battista Carpi. It was partly a parody of Italy's iconic costumed anti-hero, Diabolik.
