Links are perfectly acceptable, Paris, so long as a notation is made as to what content is on the other side.
PolarBoy, that is a nice pic, but he's a bit on the twinkie side for me. Also, I think that pic _just_ fits the acceptable parameters around here, so be careful. (Of course, this thread certainly lends itself to pushing those boundaries.)

Big Boys is a site that has downloadable video clips of people doing stoopid things and "Real TV" type things. It also has some more... naughty-esque things, I believe.
As for the boss, he's str8, but has a really sweet ass
