My drag king name would be Oliver Barton, combining the first name of DC's main archer and the last name of Marvel's main archer.

Sometimes you don't get to pick. One night in college a bunch of us were sitting around, smoking some herb no doubt, and picking our girl names. I was a General Hospital fan at the time. There was a character on the show named Tiffany. She was blond, tall, thin and sexy. She always wore fabulous earrings and white dresses. Everything I would have wanted be if I were a girl. I proudly said that my name would be Tiffany.

Some rude bitch said, "You're no Tiffany. You're a Laverne." Everybody cracked up. So, I was Laverne for years.

Yeah, I guess I got the last laugh. The names that those other queens picked faded fast, but Laverne endured and became something of a legend.
