I used to do that (Muay Thai style) years ago...it is quite fun.
for me...actually giving serious answers on Yahoo.
I'm not sure what style my kickboxing class is . . . it's called "Turbo". But I've been to two sessions. I had to quit the first one 5-10 minutes early. I stayed for the second until the end (and what kept me there: Psy's "Gangnam Style"!).
Though I can't keep up with everyone else yet, I feel great afterwards.

Work. Not that I hated me job or anything, but I always felt a little out of place and not quite as good as the other operators. However the lineups have changed recently and I am now the only field worker who has any experience running the sulphur plant in winter. Its feeling pretty good to be the guy people are turning to for help.
