I'm throwing my brother's bachelor party at a Volunteer Firehouse in my hometown. I wrote them a check in April for it and they still haven't deposited it. At this point, I'm ready to burn the damn building to the ground because its so frustrating getting one of these guys to call me back.
That's what happens when you deal with a business that doesn't run things like a business.

Certainly! I think you keep your level of enthusiasm for the characters going and continued writing over time (continually growing and evolving) you certainly would be!

Over the past couple of months I started taking piano lessons, and I've found that the fourth finger of my left hand is really the finger over which I have the least individual control.
The irony of that being the finger on which I wear my wedding ring has not escaped me.

The FIL offered me his late wife's engagement ring when I got married to mr_cleome. I declined, because I'm always losing stuff and I didn't like the thought of a valued family heirloom disappearing down a drainpipe somewhere. :/

Tonight's dinner is grilled trout and steamed green beans.
Somehow this will magically cancel out all my culinary/dietary sins from the rest of this week. I just know it will!
