yep, I'm still in Canada, Lardy. I'd forgotten Rouge was, too. Maybe that's why only a couple people have joined that thread thus far - only Canadians have read it yet.

...feel good for the first time 'workout wise' after trying desperately to regain some type of getting in shape mentality all week after a debaucherous week in Key West last week (and per usual, I the previous week I did the whole "I'm going on vacation--bah, who needs to workout?"). Hopefully I can get back on track quickly.
