My answer to that Cobie....Take the boss out drinking with you. Works every time, especially if you buy him/her a few drinks. Then we just say, "as long as the boss is in the pub, we can stay too" A second option of course is to become the boss then you can force your staff to stay in the pub to keep you company. [Big Grin]
