Ooloo need to have a metaphoric meaning, too; one that extrapolates from its core meaning. Its basic elements are a good liquid, especially butter - something worthwhile, that has been spilled/wasted.

Urban Dictionary defines "ooloo" thus; however, it is a singular, anonymous posting that is over seven years old. It has received more unfavorable than favorable reviews, so clearly this person was wrong. Our definition stands.
To promote the use of the word, I have used it in my latest status update of Facebook.
