Buffallo chicken strips, cheese sticks, potato skins, jalapeno poppers, mini-quesadillas, mini-tacos and taquitos.

Umm, there's plenty here if anyone wants any...

that sounds deLISH. i often have all appetizers for lunch and dinner.

gimmie those cheese sticks! don't forget the fried zuccini .... gotta have your veggies.

im so lazy some times, well most times, i just have salami, cheese and crackers.

i also like a club sandwich for lunch cause it almost seems like an appetizer.

those all sound like they would go well with sour cream, and guacamole. forget the salsa...way too healthy.

but what dosn't go good with sour cream.

MAJOR sour cream lover here (guac too). We went with light Sour Cream and light ranch. Yummers.

Also, Yeah, I loves me a good sausage/cheese platter. I often whip up a MEAN one at Casa Lash:

Keilbasa, various cheeses, sesame crackers, garlic pickles, olives and garlic/dill pepperocini.

so, what's the beverage. i'm usually a diet coke, beer, or wine.

Diet Pepsi (tonight anyway, I change up) for me!

I'm odd that I only drink when I'm out partying. I *never* drink beer, etc. when I eat.

All things I love. I'm an appetizer / bar food guy myself.

Sour cream and Guac are must haves for all things. I like Guac on my cheeseburgers even.

A cheese/sausage/pickles/olives platter is the best. I like the sharper table cheeses myself. Love some kelbasi. Green olives with pimento in the middle or calamata olives. Sometimes I cut up an avocado or apple for good measure--not because its healthy but because I'm gluttonous and need a wide variety.

So has there ever been a war between this camp and the one that likes breakfast food at dinner?

I'm expanding this thread to cover anything for dinner.

Tonight, for instance, that guy that lives here with me is making a mushroom soup, low-fat crab rangoons and chicken stir-fry... going Asian and LOVING it... smells so good...

Very nice, Lash. Hope you enjoy every bite.

All I had was pasta with salt.

Pasta with salt-- I do that as well from time to time! It serves to quench the craving for something salty as well as something filling.

No way I would attempt something fancy like he's in there doing though, so I'm looking forward to this.

Well put. And it's so much better than anything that's been frozen.

Mmm. Reading this thread makes me crave a tablespoon full of sour cream. Not on top of anything, just by itself!

I love the taste of it (and the taste it adds to a good tart beef stroganoff!).
