If you're bored today between 11:00 - 1:00 PM EST, and just so happen to turn on your television to watch the New York St. Patrick's Day Parade, *and* happen to see the section of Fordham alumni, well, I will be marching in it! That's right, I will be marching in the parade.
I didn't actually go to Fordham, but my boss did, and rather than work all day, we're going to Manhattan for the festivities and I'll be sneaking into the group to march.
I'll be the really good looking Irish American 27 year old in a suit with a green pin-striped sihrt that really needs a haircut. Oh, and who lost about 20 pounds in the last three months! If only I got that haircut instead of going to the bar all day on Saturday...but I digress...

[Sends CK salutations, on account of not being anywhere near the parade and all.]
Oh, and I did buy some beer today, but it's just regular beer with a mongoose on the label. Why did everyone look at me all funny in the checkout line when I asked if there was real mongoose in the bottle ?
I'd understand these things better if I were Irish, I suppose. :/

The parade rocked! Totally tons of fun. 45 blocks, so a nice stretch of the legs too. I can't wait to hear how many people were in attendance because I swear there was a million.
I felt like a celebrity waving to the crowd. Much like how I feel when I post on LW!
