Cobie begun the return of Ace by asking Grant Morrison about him at one of the panels. It carried over all weekend. The culmination was Ian Satler mentioning him in the Dan Didio chat session on Sunday.

Vu is referring to Geoff Johns' stock response to character requests this weekend. Per Geoff, "If they are dead, they are potential Black Lanterns. I need Black Lanterns."

It was a running gag, and one I liked for the multitude of character requests.
