If there can be an OC Legionnaires thread, why not a Titans one?

*Psychobabble: A Zatanna-esque heroine whose spell casting takes the form of pronouncing streams of gibberish.
*Psychobarbie: As the name replies, a mish-mesh of goth, cheerleader, and total psycho who has super strength and nails like steel. Fights with Psychobabble for the right to use "psycho" in their name.
*Rose Hip: Latin American college drop-out with magic thorn tattoos going up her arms and wrists.
*Fat Boys: Formerly a trio of well-muscled heartthrobs, until one of them realized that their muscles had nothing to do with their superstrength, and simply let themselves go.
*Teen Venus: A copycat statue of Venus de Milo brought to life by a geeky art student and his goth friend. However, they stopped halfway, making her a living statue when they intended to make her human. Lucky for her, actually, as they failed to remember to make her... anatomically correct.
*Strawberry Fields Forever: From the 1960s, a heroine with the ability to manipulate plants. An actual flower child.
*Paul Bunyan: A giant alien boy whose space ship crash landed near a small town in Oregon. The townspeople raised him from birth.
*Cockroach Kid: A bite from a radioactive cockroach gave him two extra arms, a shell, and immunity to nuclear radiation. Has a habit of scuttling under refrigerators when the lights are turned on.
*ManiAx: A guy with an axe. Does that require any more clarification?
*Alley Cat: An orphaned baby, raised by alley cats as one of their own. At least, that's what her publicist says.
*Rock Star: Wields a guitar which, depending on the setting, can fire sonic waves, flames, lasers, or force shields.
*The Red Menace: 1950s scourge of Communists and freaks everywhere.
*Monochrome: The long forgotten, teen partner of 1940s aviatrix, the Black Angel.
*Golddust: Super speedster, time displaced from the California Gold Rush.
*Salamandra: Half lizard, half girl, all inferno.
*Honey Moon: 1970s model turned vigilante.
*Splish and Splash: The Tidal Twins.

Since a huge number of Teen Titans are based off of JLA sidekicks, it might be fun to look at what JLA members *don't* have a Teen Titan analogue.

Superman - Conner, Supergirl
Batman - Robin / Nightwing, Robin 3 / Red Robin, Batgirl
Wonder Woman - Wonder Girl 1, Wonder Girl 2
Green Arrow - Speedy / Arsenal, Arrowette
Green Lantern - Kyle Rayner / Ion, Jade
Zatanna - Zatarra
Martian Manhunter - Miss Martian
Aquaman - Aqualad / Tempest, Aquagirl 1, Aquagirl 2, Lagoon Boy
Blue Beetle - Blue Beetle
Plastic Man - Offspring
Big Barda - Lil' Barda
Captain Atom - Bombshell
Captain Marvel - CM3 / Captain Marvel Jr
Hawkman - Golden Eagle
Orion - Power Boy
Geo-Force - Terra
Blue Devil - Kid Devil / Red Devil

Of the 'old guard,' Black Canary, Elongated Man, the Phantom Stranger and the Red Tornado are the few that don't already have teen versions either in the Titans or Young Justice.

Steel (John Henry Irons) has his daughter Natasha Irons (Vaporlock, presently), but she's never been part of the team.

Doctor Fate has had several legacy characters, but again, not on one of the teen teams.

Firestorm has Firehawk, but she's not a 'teen sidekick' by any stretch of the definition.

Static has already been mistaken for a relative of Black Lightning, to his aggravation, and, whether he likes it or not, fits that role.

Ditto with the late Molecule and the Atom, filling the same niche even if they had no relation to each other.

A teen Canary (Songbird? Nightengale?) could be neat.

An innocent angelic entity (far less so than Zauriel) could make an interesting Phantom Stranger 'legacy.'

A 'legacy' of Booster Gold could be amusing, perhaps finding the remains of the Goldstar outfit and picking up the mantle, without Boosters approval.

Fire and Ice and the Rockets Red all have open enough origin stories that legacies could crop up easily enough (Ice coming from an entire race of similar people, the original Fire gaining her powers from some undefined mystical source, and the Rockets Red being the product of alien 'forced evolution,' that made them slightly superhuman even without their armored suits).

Heck, even Zan & Jayna have some legacy potential, since the Exorians are supposed to have four other pairs of twins with similar shapeshifting powers, based on 'elements' such as vapors, metal, shadows, plants, fire, sound and, uh, love?). A pair of Exorians with the ability to transform into entities of gas (Gas Girl!), metal (Metalhead!), shadows (including darkforce entities, like Superboy's Legion Shadow Lass could create?), plants (form of, alien razor-vine!) or fire could be nifty. (And there's one left unclear, as their were supposed to be 10 total, and one was missing from the description!)

It seems kind of dodgy to just pillage pre-existing League members for 'teen versions,' but considering that's the thinking behind the recent additions of Offspring, Molecule, Aquagirl 2, Miss Martian, Zatara, Lil' Barda, Bombshell and Blue Beetle 2, I think I can live with cribbing my lame unoriginal idea off of the masters!
