For a guy who hasn't actually made more than two on-panel appearances yet, I sure see a lot of talk about him. So lets get into theorists and Legion/Titans information geeks--er, I mean people who know stuff!
Where is he slated to appear besides Titans? When was he a Titan, and for how long?
It appears he'll be in Supergirl, the next issue of 52 (which is when he was a Titan) and of course, the ongoing Titans book.
Some others speculate that he might be connected to Mon-El, although I fail to see how. The timelnie simply wouldn't make sense for him to be Mon-El: (1) Supergirl lost at the rift in space in IC #6, (2) Supergirl thrown forward in time in SaLoSH which we are reading, which will include Mon-El (3) Supergirl will return at some point in 52, (4) OYL Supergirl's own story arc and appearances in Superman, and then (5) the latest Supergirl arc where Power Boy apparently appears. Of course, time travel being what it is, its all easily explained how it could happen, but I don't feel its that likely.
So then--who is Power Boy, what's his plan and where else is he appearing?
I better not find out he was in Warlord #8 or something and no one on Legion World caught it!

Well it would be weird if Supergirl goes to the future falls in love with him as Mon-El when she's in the future. Then she goes back to the present, meets him as Power Boy and is responsible for sending him in the Phantom Zone. Id speculate that might be a reason for their super antagonism on that cover.
Aside from the Mon-El speculation, I've seen talk that he's with Li'l Barda and is a New God for a New Generation.

I have as well, but there really isn't anything other than speculation there. He could be a New God, a Daxamite, a Kryptonian, or even a Martian....though the last is doubtful.
I kind of like the Mon-El theory Cobie mentioned. It has a nice ring to it.

My favorite (though highly unlikely to be true!) Power Boy theory is that he's the Kon-El of Earth-2!

Didn't Power Girl have a rapidly aging son named Equinox during Zero Hour that never appeared again? Maybe he's Power Boy's Equinox or a reincarnated version of him anyway.

You know I kinda like the Equinox Idea. Maybe he was taken to Apokalips (misspelt) and raised there.
