Just doodling...Idea I had for a Team Titans team, like a DC version of the Exiles (not a new concept I know but what the hell)
Anyway, at the front is Jason Hart aka "the Protector" form the Titans drug awareness comics (robin standin....Robin was tied up with liscencing issues...)...New Costume

Then the girl in Red / Yellow is Flamebird

Above her, Emoish guy with the Lip Ring is Molecule from the 52 Gap Year Titans

The Girl on the top Right is Inferno from the Legion of Superheroes (Reboot version) who was stranded in the 20th century in the mid 90s and never heard from again, though in all likelyhood is Sun Girl from the Titans East team that Slade put together...

The masked Guy in White is the original Jericho, an unused character meant to appear in Teen Titans #20 (original series) who would have been a black superhero

Cir-El, retconned out of existence Supergirl

AAAANND Harlequin, an unused character from Infinty Inc. Who would have been the first gay superhero had he been used. (this isnt the costume he was designed with)

 -

Jericho concept

Anyway,
Titans as DC version of "the Exiles"

Made up of various Titans Characters from Various Titans series, unused concepts...that kinda thing...no real storyline in mind...just a lineup...

In an unused story for Teen Titans #20 (original series) there was to be a black character called Jericho introduced, brother of some gang member fighting the mob that was manipulating them (or something)...anyway...read about it yourselves : [link]

So yeah...basically the same guy...I figure the costume is pretty much white...with red accents? I dunno...

 -

Betty Kane is the Bat-Girl of Earth 2, past pretty much the same as Dick Grayson, Yadda Yadda leaves Batwoman to forge her own identity as Flamebird, Leader of her realities version of the Titans...Um...I'll think up what to do with her at some point presumably...

Red and Yellow colour scheme...

 -

Back in the 80's with the first version of Infinity Inc. Roy Thomas designed a male Harlequinn that was meant to be the first gay character in comics...[link])#Infinity_Inc._-_Gay_Male_Harlequin

I figure he'd be a perfect character to throw in a multi-reality Titans team...

So...Um...

Well since Flamebird is the ultimate Rich Girl...Why not also make her the ultimate Fag Hag, with Harlequin being the Jack to Her Karen...

And...He's...Duela Dents Son...possibly...noone knows...except possibly him...but which Duela? Cause didnt she die? ooooh the Mystery (basically yes, the Earth 3 version died, but not the Earth 2 version, where history has been pretty much in line with our time thus meaning The Joker was around in the 40s, Duela a teenager in the 70s...And This guy born in the late 80s...or something. Of course that throws the whole Flamebird as Robin thing out of Whack...Make her Tim Drake. GOD. WHATever...its just comics)

Figure the Costume would be green and purple...purple hair...OR red and green combo like Duela in Kingdom Come

 -

....Sooo.....Who would you have in a Multireality Titans team?

The only 'issue' I'd have with the lineup is that between Protector, Flamebird and Harlequin, the team has three different non-powered sorts, which is perhaps a bit much, since they'll be stomping all over each other's niches.

I'd add in some sort of Aqualad / Aquagirl replacement. Either a young teen growed-up version of Arthur Curry Jr (son of Aquaman and Mera, with water manipulating powers) or Deep Blue (wearing some sort of suit, or using some sort of chemical or something that lets her function out of water). Yeah, 'Aquababy' is technically dead, but it's comics, so whatever!

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deep_Blue_ (comics)

Or, of course, Lagoon Boy.

For another 'reality' to tap into, perhaps a teen character from the Titans animated series? I'm partial to H.I.V.E. members like Jinx or Kyd Wykkyd. [Smile]

Harlequin should have some sort of connection to Molly Mayne. As well as to Duella.

The original Teen Titans eventually had Robin, Speedy, Mal and Lilith... none of whom were exactly heavy hitters. Maybe Harlequin can have a low-level illusory power?

I like the idea of Flamebird as team leader, Molecule alive, and Protector getting a team berth. Jerocho looks interesting. Don't know much about Cir-el.

Your art's fun and dynamic!

I heard about that version of Harlequin. In all honesty though, I miss Marcie Cooper. Though I like Inferno with longer hair. I already mentioned this, but what if Inferno and Sun Girl had been in Titans Army. I imagined Inferno calling herself Beauty Blaze, and Sun Girl somewhere along the lines of Sun Woman or Sun Empress, I wouldn't be surprised.

Wellll it was never explained how Duela shifted from Earth 3 to New Earth or whatever. Maybe he could have the power to reality jump?
Yes. That works just fine ^_^

What if he's Duela from the gender-reversed Earth? You never know.

Duelo lulz

I liked it with him being her son though [Razz] :DuelaDent:

Maybe the Duela from the Actual Team Titans book? "Q: Why/How did the Joker's Daughter appear in the series?

A: Duela Dent appeared in TEAM TITANS # 13 (OCT 1993) as a mental patient.

Dialogue from the issue:
DOCTOR: "You had the dream again, Duela. Tell us about it."
DUELA: "Oh, it's not a dream. I keep telling you that. I was a Teen Titan. And I wore a beautiful costume. I had a pipe, and Speedy hated me. Oh, and we fought the Mad Mod. I'm sure of it. And Robin...Robin loved me."
DOCTOR: "Duela, you understand that you're too old to ever have been a Teen Titan.

Phil Jimenez explains her appearance: "We were going to explore the Joker's Daughter angle... we were going to find out that the Joker's Daughter was insane... that her memories of the Titans (now non-continuity) were just ravings in her head. She was going to steal the Time Commander's hourglass and reshape Manhattan into the island that she remembered, recreating a 70's world of heroes, villains, and icons that the Titans would find themselves in."

In official continuity, her appearance is a Zero Hour time glitch."

So have Harlequin grown up on THAT world thus tying it into the first book, and then have the original team being stuck there for 30 years or whatever. and then they fight, and then team up, as these things go.
