Thanks for the nice words, folks! I had to look up reference pictures of her to figure out how to color her. The lack of cape is pretty evident. However, Jeff did a great job on this sketch, so it really doesn't matter.
Reboot, you could snag a cape from another picture and piece it together. Not neccessarily easy, but a solution that doesn't require drawing.
