Don't really like Burgos' stuff, I have to say (about the only pics I missed in the big LegionPics thing were Burgos'). This was one of his better ones I found:

Heh. I had the phrase "remember O Champion that you are Shadow and to Shadow you will return" stuck in my head when I was doing it. I think it informed my choices.

Honestly? I don't like Burgos' stuff much. That's why I went out my way to blend M'On in & use so much shadow on Umbra (I imagined she actually had bright lights shining on her, and the shadow's all her own), and heavily retouched Umbra's face (which had looked more like the Joker than Tas), and hoped I'd get it to turn out okay

I've got to say that I'm not the world's biggest Burgos fan either, but I will admit that his stuff is pretty fun to color.

Please don't skip March!! We love the coloring assignments! How 'bout George Perez or Adam Hughes? I don't know your resources for gathering the black and white images, but there must be plenty out there? How 'bout more than one artist at a time? How 'bout a single character depicted by different artists, like the Dawnstar project. There must be a million pictures of Saturn Girl out there alone...
