In your latest podcast, #15, you and Kristen had a WTF moment about a dialog difference between the archives and an original issue ("Blue Sun" vs. "Orange Sun" in "Superman's Super Courtship").
I think I know what happened:
If you look at the original issue, Action #289, the word "Orange" is very awkwardly lettered, as though it were done after the fact. I think it must have been pasted on to correct a coloring error.
In other words, the page was initially lettered with the word, "Blue," but the colorist then screwed up and colored the sun orange. The editor caught it and had the word "Orange" pasted on to correct the story... but when it was prepped for the Archives, they matched the original coloring but missed the editorial dialog paste-up.
Whew.
Something that maybe three people in the world care about, but anyway, mystery solved.

Oh, man. Garth in a cute little skirt totally takes the sting out of being beer-bereft on a Saturday Night.

That site you linked is a fantastic resource. If you've never explored it you should. Prior to the 'toon it was the only place in the world to find animated Legion material and I still love love love those home made movie trailers.
new episode is up!! we at super future friends have created a diagram of what the clubhouse's architecture must look like given that:
-the rocket is tiny compared to them. -they have a meeting room with a window in it that looks out onto the city -the rocket is surrounded by grass, sometimes a rock, and bushes in the distance.
