According to the directory, I am now an Honorary member, but under my avatar, I am still listed as an Applicant.

Quis, go to your profile and edit out the custom title. You probably have Applicant typed in there. Once that is removed, you'll bump up to Honorary.

For some reason I thought this was going to be a thread about menopause. My mistake

I'm not sure when that happens, Q. I have always used a custom title, so I've never had it happen to me.

I customized my sig too, but it's not noticable. I bet most people are misreading it.

I did this as well.

Look at your profile. If member status says "applicant" than clear the field, then it will default to your status.

PB, read my sig. C-l-o-s-e-l-y. It is customized. While I have indeed been in "Reservist" status (until today anyway), that's not what it says. I'm saying other people aren't noticing that its been customized.

Just one of those things that make you go

At any rate it will get more obvious because I just crossed the threshold into "Active" status as of post 247 minutes ago. Boom, baby!!!

Actually, I was trying to reply to Quislet Esq original question. Hazard of playing at work. By the time I got off a call long enough to finsh the post and hit reply, about seven other people had already answered his question.
