Funny you should bump this, because I was thinking we haven't seen The Empress from the old DCMBs - she/he was from Spain.
The other person is Quiselt, esq. - he just got out of law school though, so he's probably working 120 hours a week. Or he doesn't want to infringe on the Space-Lawyers territory.
