Why DC comics having big artists like Edgar Salazar (Deathstroke), Bernard Chang (Demon Knights), Alberto Porticelli (Frankenstein), Marat Michaels (Grifter), James Tinyon IV (Talon)... For putting some examples...
Wastes them in mediocre enough titles, and on the other hand in our Legion it puts the worse thing of the worse artist as Scott Kollins And the already decadent Keith Giffen.
