Brainiac 5 Protocol - Have Black Canary show a lil skin and be nice to the boy.
Invisible Kid - Fight him in one of Gotham's shady political back rooms where he'd be visible because there'd be no smoke where he was standing.
Princess Projectra - Romance her as Bruce Wayne. Preventing her from doing evil deeds by taking her to tea and crumpets.

Alternatively, he neutralizes Colossal Boy with the Bat-sling. (ok I know how that sounds to some of you)

Using his bat-economic superiority, he buys majority shares of the Legion coffers, makes them go bankrupt, causing them to turn on Element Lad and abandon them. Then using his bat-father figure abilities, makes Element Lad work for him, and then battle the other Legionnaires.
