From Comics Continuum:
James Arnold Taylor, who voices the lead role in Kids' WB!'s Johnny Test, is providing a guest voice in the Legion of Super Heroes animated series.

Taylor is playing Porcupine Pete in the upcoming "Substitutes" episode, which springs out of the classic Keith Giffen comics story.

In other Legion notes:

* Taylor Negron is providing the voice of Starfinger.

* Tara Strong, who played Alexis in "Legacy," will also be playing Esper in the upcoming "Lightning Storm."

* "Lightning Storm," which has been featured in recent Kids' WB! promos, was written by Stan Berkowitz, whose recent credits include Justice League Unlimited and the Justice League: New Frontier direct-to-DVD movie.

That episode features the return of Mekt. Click on image above for a larger image.

* The comic based on the TV show will be called The Legion of Super-Heroes in the 31st Century and will launch in April. The first issue will be written by J. Torres, with art by Chynna Clugston-Flores.

No problem. I just try to keep things in threads that are already going. One of my idiosyncrasies.

another article on LSH today at Comics continuum: *spoiler* two new members will join. Here it is see below:

LEGION OF SUPER HEROES ANIMATED

Khary Payton is providing the voices for two members of the Legion of Super-Villains in the upcoming "Lightning Storm" episode of Kids' WB!'s Legion of Super Heroes animated series.

Payton, perhaps best known as Cyborg in Teen Titans, will be playing Tyr and The Hunter in the episode, which should air in February.

"He's very good in the roles," Legion producer James Tucker told The Continuum. "It's a kick-ass action episode, but it's got a little more depth to it. It was a lot of weight to it."

Tucker described the episode as one of his favorites for the first season.

In other Legion news:

* Legion has not been renewed for a second season yet, but an announcement is expected soon.

* Look for at least two new members to join the team before the season is over.

* Tucker told The Continuum that "Chain of Command" will have "a very serious tone."

Look for more Legion news this week here in The Continuum.
