Ummm. Most of the drag queens I've seen tried to look like women. Ummmm. Tyroc looks awfully male most of the time, especially in that Grell costume.
Silver Banshee was shown to have had male predecessors who shared a version of her costume, a VERY close version. SHE might be a Scream Queen version of them.
