The main story features the new Spectre. Dr. 13 is all about proving that every crazy thing that happens has a rational, scientific explanation (think Scooby Do - although he may have been around longer). He and his daughter are on some kind of road trip and it just keeps getter weirder and more complex with each issue. As you can see above.
