Which....clealry has been brought up before I guess but...eh...It's easier to ask....
1: Booster Gold. He has a Legion flight ring and Brainys Force Field Belt....but he's from the 25th century...HOW DID HE STEAL A 30th CENTURY TIME BUBBLE?!?! and whatnot...I know the easy explanation is that someone left it in the C25th, along with the ring and the forcefield belt but its always annoyed me to know end...
and 2: Legion of 3 worlds. There's 3 Legions...I can see why they're doing it for the sake of storytelling / continuity or whatever....but what about the 5year later Legion....There's a whole Period thats just being glossed over....Technically it'd be what...Legion of 5 worlds? (Lightning Saga, Reboot, 3boot, 5 year gap and animated...Though there's probably more)
Anyway...I'm being nitpicky but thats what this place is for right?

I'm not going to speculate about the second question, but the first question has been answered. In Booster Gold (first run) it was shown that Brainy left his force shield belt (and flight ring too, I think) behind in the 20th century, after the Legion and Booster saved the President from being assassinated.

Well by my calculations there are the following Legions out there in the multiverse or existed at some stage.
Classic (Earth 1) The Chameleon Boy meets Chameleon Boy parallel to Earth-1 (destroyed in Crisis?) Post Crisis (pocket universe Superboy) Mordruverse (1 issue before Glorithverse) Glorithverse (most of 5 year later) Reboot Threeboot Supergirl marries Superman Universe Kingdom Come (now not an Elseworlds) the Adult Legion of the pre Adventure Superman walk-ons the Adult Legion from Adventure Comics the multiple Legions from Legion #300 the adult Legion from Superman Batman #18 the 'classic' Legion from Superman Batman #15 the Justice League Adventures 'animated' Legion the Legion in the 31st Century 'animated'
That's 20+ 'good' Legions by my reckoning plus
Renegade Legionnaires parallel to Earth-1 (destroyed in Crisis?) the various evil Legions in End of an Era
Phew!

Superboy's Legion. Geoff Johns's new retroboot Legion. The Smallville Legion (upcoming).
Should we count the SW6 Legion separately?
The Elseworlds Camelot Legion from that one Annual.

I like to refer to this as "the time Ronald Reagan was made an honorary Legionnaire", because the idea of that really amuses me.

I particularly hate the way the Legion is in so many books this last few months and I have such an incredably difficult time trying to have it all make sense.
Like I'm not sure, at all, where the adult Legion that's on the covers of LO3Ws comes from! The Shadow Lass is certainly different then the one we saw just before the 5 yr. gap!

DC has screwed things up so badly, no one will ever sort the Legion out again, imho.
Legion and Titans both got screwed royally in the first Crisis and the DC yahoos have been treading water ever since trying to straighten them out. This Crisis is their latest [futile] attempt.

If we're including Elseworlds then we also have
Krypton Girl Legion Superman-Batman brothers adult Legion Death of Superman Legion Superman Red-Superman Blue Legion Whatever Happened to the Man of Tomorrow Legion Superman & Batman: Generations Legion Justice League of America: Another Nail Legion "Justice" Legion
and it could be argued that the Earth-247 Legion and the reboot in Lo3W are different from the original reboot

The 5 Year gap never happened (or was a time Anomaly). The main Legion in LO3W only experienced events up until Crisis (about midway through v3), everything after that can be safely discarded.

When did Chameleon Boy meet a parallel world Chameleon Boy?

Goo, this was shown in just one panel of an old Adventure comics story. Nothing ever came of it, as far as I know.

With his superhero ID being "Ronnie Raygun"?

There was also the 1940's Legion that the Time Trapper created in the last run of the Legion.

Adventure #325. There's also a parallel Proty II. There's been conjecture by some fans that this could be the Chameleon Boy who later turned to crime along with 4 other Legionnaires in Superboy #117.
