Seems like a really lite month after all the Action and JSA stories. But I couldn't find any other Legion titles for the month. I'm sure the Legion will have something to do with Final Crisis but no indication for the first month.

Well, interesting... the cover of DC Universe #0 displays the Legion very prominently - I can make out Night Girl, Saturn Girl, Lightning Lad, Timber Wolf, Blok (?), Dawnstar and Supes - so is the Legion actually in the centre of Final Crisis?
This is the Action Comics Legion, by the way... hmmmmm... thrilling!

Etch out that shoulder armour and I'd love that LSH #42 cover; still can't get used to that thing.
Sigh: how many of them will not exist next year, at least for the next decade or so until the next "final" crisis.

I do see Blok - next to Superman (can see his short with L belt)- I see several more - Sun Boy (Yes - only part of his face), Light Lass, Colossal Boy, and Chameleon Girl (ah...she must be alive! good!).

i have to say that on the Manapul cover, i hate how Star BOy is taking on Marvel's Quasar star field cape and chest emblem. Cham looks ridiculous. BUT Saturn Girl and Colassol Boy look good. i can buy their costume changes based on the cover. they look "right" here. Ultra Boy's design is a little reduced for my liking but ok. still looking forward to what shooter and manapul have to say for our fave future team...

I kind of like the butterfly wings, but why are they even necessary when s/he has a flight ring?

Not a fan of Imra's costume getting less 'uniform' and more 'bikini' or of Cham's scalemail looking armor, but I like the change to Star Boy's costume and Colossal Boy's 'pads' look *way* better as metal than they did as brown leather/suede.
Vi's hair is a little out of control, but that's okay, since Imra seems to have abandoned that look.
I've seen them go through a dozen costumes by now, from the tiresome identical tights and jackets look to the bikini-riffic Grell years. I can survive some new looks. Heck, if one or more Legionnaires want to pull a Janet Van Dyne and change costumes every few issues, I'm fine with that too!

I actually love the new Cham outfit (though I'm also confused by the need for butterfly wings when he has a flight ring). I actually think it may be his best outfit ever! Which actually isn't saying much...

I love the 'massive-ness' look of Colossal Boy.
It really works well when compared to the Action Comics Gim, who I also think looks good, though much slimmer.
I'm just glad to see Gim being all 'big Legionnaire in the background group-shots again'.
